Untouched cellphone photo of who knows what exactly taken from a cab on Park Avenue on our way into the tunnel beneath the Helmsley Building way back in August. It was kind of a no-look ‘whatever’ shot, but I like this one quite a bit. The camera’s slow and tiny brain couldn’t process the data properly (from the moving vehicle) and simply merged elements of the picture, morphing one building into another. The orange sign? Don’t know. Could be a sticker on the cab window or it could be a street sign outside. I don’t remember. I just really can’t figure the exact where or what of this shot at all.
